Building off the success of our summer league in 2023 and 2024, CBCA Clayton Cornhole is excited to announce our first spring cornhole league! Cornhole is one of the fastest growing games in the country and offers a great way to connect with your local community, socialize with friends, and inspire friendly competition. Clayton Cornhole has over 300 members and is a wonderful league for beginners as well as advanced players. We hope to throw some bags with you this spring!

League Details

Spring league is independent of our summer league, and we welcome the formation of new teams. We will play at the scenic Oakhurst Country Club in Clayton and matches will be held outside on their stadium tennis court. Other key details include:

• Spring league will consist of 8 weeks of play. 
• The regular season will start the week of March 23rd and run through May 23rd. 
• Playoffs will be structured with Gold and Silver Championship brackets and will be played from May 29 – 31. League champions receive a meaningful souvenir of their accomplishment, and the team will have their name forever inscribed on a brick paver at our historic downtown Clayton courts. 
• Teams will play multiple games on the same night each week and match play will begin promptly at 6:30pm. 
• Teams will be a minimum of 4 players and a maximum of 8 players. 
• Each player must play a minimum of 6 games within the spring season to be eligible to play with their team in the playoffs. 
• A team will forfeit if they have less than 2 players available for a scheduled match. After 2 forfeits, the team will not be eligible for the playoffs.
• The cost for spring league will be $300 per team. This covers all the costs associated with play, and we will also provide bags for those who need them. 

Registration

Registration will be open from February 27 – March 13. We will have limited spots and encourage teams to sign up early to ensure they have a spot. To initiate the registration process, please start by clicking the link below to express interest and note that we only need one representative of your team to complete this expression of interest form. This step will help us determine which nights we will play and how many teams will be in the league. Teams and players who express interest will then be contacted separately to formally establish their team, provide payment, and sign insurance waivers.
