Thank you for your interest in participating this year’s CBCA Clayton Art & Wine Festival. Your participation will help the CBCA give back to the Clayton community. Profits from CBCA events help touch countless causes, organizations and charities in our community. Our children and schools are the greatest benefactors.

The Clayton Business & Community Association (CBCA) is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization dedicated benefitting the Clayton community.

SIGNED COPIES OF FORMS LINKED BELOW WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU RIGHT AFTER YOU SIGN THEM.

 ALL ATTACHMENTS WILL NEED TO BE UPLOADED FOR APPLICATION TO BE CONSIDERED.

1 photo of your products and/or a prior booth set up.  We may reach out for more photos. 
You will only be charged after application is accepted. 
Corner Booth:  Requests will not be charged unless your location is approved & confirmed. 
Electricity: Extremely limited and will determine your booth placement. 
Limited supply of multiple booth allotments.
